Emanuel Smedbøl (@secretcities) is a graphic designer located in Vancouver, British Columbia. With over 25,000 followers and days that spread out in front of him in the form of maps, Emanuel takes you along his multitude of journeys and keeps you in a continuously envious state (because you're not there with him tagging along).
One main reason his work stands out to me is because of the consistent tones throughout his images. I love the coloring of the backgrounds and the way they're so subtle throughout his pictures while still giving you a massive taste of scenery.

In my head, I often call him "The Negative Space King" or a wizard with posing his kids in the right spot at the right time. Eric, "blessed father of three and husband to an amazing woman."

I feel like each one of these photos tells the story of their day together, and he's always so happy that it makes you happy to see what he's doing. I love the consistent tones in the images, gives them this hint of timelessness. These photos to me, say it all in themselves. Love them!
